Workplace flexibility post Covid means employers, the self-employed and staff have more choices about where they base themselves to work from. This makes a laptop the key productivity tool for many people.
People’s requirements from a laptop are different and their resource requirements will be different too. An executive assistant whose role may be typing in the main won’t need a computer as powerful as someone working in video marketing for example. Similarly a person in finance may have spreadsheets but these might not be as resource hungry as someone working with social media. We have different specification laptops to rent reflecting the usage needs of the individual and prices reflect that too.
Where there is no difference in quality is the physical condition of the laptop or the way it has been set up with cyber security to the fore. All of our machines are wiped and then re-configured before they go out of the door. If the laptop has anything more than ‘wear and tear’ for its age we won’t rent it out simple.
Regarding flexibility of machines to rent, we have a saying that you can have 1 laptop for 100 days or 100 laptops for a day. We will provide what you need. And that extends to peripherals too as well as monitors and printers.

We choose laptop brands that are considered best in class like Dell and HP. But we know that not everyone works in the Microsoft environment. We carry a similarly large range of MacBooks too for those who need Apple.
